Dutch Cabin Group becomes Adapteo

Dear Reader,

In October 2020, Dutch Cabin Group was acquired by the Scandinavian company Adapteo. By joining our forces, we can respond even better to our customers' demand for sustainable and flexible ways of housing and building.

As of October this year, Dutch Cabin Group and its labels Primakabin, De Cabin Concurrent, Directbouw, Van Hamburg Verhuur Materieel and Wagenbouw Bouwsystemen, will continue as one legal entity; Adapteo B.V.

Directbouw Production will become Adapteo Production B.V. as of October.

The power of connection
As management, we are pleased with this change, because the connection with Adapteo is promising for the future. For us as an organization, for you as a supplier, but certainly also for our society.

We believe in the power of connection. This expands our portfolio and makes us even more innovative and sustainable through collaboration with colleagues and partners across Europe, contributing to a circular construction and real estate industry.

We remain the committed partner for semi-permanent housing, and connecting our labels allows us to provide even more customization, which enhances our quality and service.
